Miles Ashe (He/Him, East St. Louis, IL) is a proud native of East St.Louis, IL. He began taking dance classes at the Center of Creative Arts (COCA) at the age of 10. After a year of taking classes, Miles was invited to join COCA’s pre-professional company. Miles has had the opportunity to study dance at several summer intensive programs, including with The Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater and The School Of American Ballet. Miles graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in dance from Juilliard. While at Juilliard, Miles worked with renowned choreographers including Justin Peck, Bobbi Jene Smith, Or Schraiber, Sidra Bell and Yin Yue. Miles is in his debut season with Saint Louis Dance Theatre.
