Sergio Camacho moved to St. Louis to join Saint Louis Dance Theatre after graduating from the University of California, Irvine in 2022 with a BFA in Dance Performance and a BA in Philosophy. Sergio began his formal dance training in 2016 and has performed works by Juilliard choreographer Charlotte Griffin, San Francisco Ballet principal dancer Vitor Luiz, and renowned choreographer Lar Lubovitch.

His musical theater credits include roles in Newsies, West Side Story, and White Christmas with Theater Royale in Southern California.
